We need middle class people who understand Liberty and Common Sense. Chairman Mao beloved Communist, Mass Murderer and Despot on display in the White House? Not just on display but an ornament on the Christmas Tree of the President of the United States of America? Wow, this is getting more and more bazaar and frightening each day.

We have a new Governor who I hope will have the political will to do the right thing and protect the citizens of the Commonwealth of Virginia from as much of the Federal Governments socialism as possible. Will he protect us from the Unconstitutional activities of the Federal Government such as gun control, socialized healthcare, Cap and Trade and etc? He has the ability granted to him by the people of this great Commonwealth as well as the Federal Constitution. The 10th Amendment lists the powers that are granted to the Federal Government and any powers not granted to them by the state or the people are retained by the state and the people. In other words since the United States Constitution does not enable the federal government to take over businesses, enact gun control legislation, tax our carbon emissions or any of the other socialist experiments currently being tried in the halls of Congress and the White House our Governor has the power and the obligation to protect us from such unconstitutional acts. I would like to encourage our new executive to make it clear that, among others the position of the Commonwealth of Virginia is that:

I do not know which scares me more, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed being convicted and sentenced for his role in the 9/11 attacks or his being acquitted. Either outcome is horrifying for the American people. Those who put this man into our civilian court system either did not think the ramifications through or intend to use the fallout for their own purposes.

Once Constitutional rights were extended to non-citizen terrorists they have the exact same protections that you and I have. The only way that KSM can be convicted is for those rights to be ignored, suspended or otherwise breached. Read the rest of this entry »

We are watching our Liberty slip out of our hands one vote at a time. Saturday the Democrats one a major victory in their War against Liberty. The Democrats will face a reconning in the elections next year but will the damage be to great to repair? Will the nation be so in debt that we cannot repay, we cannot do business and we cannot survive? You need to call your Congressman and Senators, you need to show up at their offices. Be polite but make your wishes clear, no more socialism! This has to end now before it is too late.

The BBC a mainstream news organization that is about as far left as anything you will find on MSNBC came out with some fascinating information. The globe… is cooling. I guess that Al Gore’s private jet and mansion must have done their work because the emergency is over.
